Following on from our communication earlier in the week, we want to update you on the status of our warehouse management system upgrade and the impact on our services.
We appreciate your patience during this period and apologise for any inconvenience we are causing you.
We are very aware that some customers have experienced issues with deliveries, the impact of this last night was at a level of 5% of the total orders received. We recognise that this still falls below our normal service level.
The issues earlier in the week have created a backlog of orders for some customers, please be assured, you will still receive your order as well as any missing paperwork, in due course.
We understand that these issues will be causing disruption to your business operations, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
As a reminder, for this week, we are continuing to enact an order cut-off of 6pm as we look to resolve these final issues and return to our normal service level. In addition, we will be putting on extra shifts over the weekend to catch up on any backlog.
